• Stitches on the top of my head when I was 2 bc i fell and hit my head on the corner of a dresser drawer
• Four-wheeler accident when I was 5... scar on my right cheek
• bike wreck when i was nine... scar on my knee
• impetigo when i was 14 so i have scars from that
• scars from self mutilation
• holes from wart removals
• burn marks all over my lower back from overuse of heating pad (toasted skin syndrome)
• scar on my left leg from car wreck
• car accident when I was 17... concussion, bruised ribs... totaled the car
• car accident #2 when I was 17... scar on my left leg from glass cuts... broken L5 transverse process... hip contusions... immobile for a month
• fell running when i was 15... scars on my left knee
• fell down in disney world when i was 14... scar on my left knee (my left knee looks like shit obviously)
• slipped ice skating at 15... bruised my tailbone... then fell down the stairs when i was 19 and bruised it again

• 2013 behavioral health hospital... twice
• july 2017... ER for an overdose
• july 2017/ feb 2019... psych ward for suicide attempt (overdose)
