Pros:

• I'd feel safer living with a guy, as compared to two or so random girls.
• I've known M. for forever, pretty much. So, there's no need to go through that awkward getting to know one another phase with having to live with a stranger.
• He could be my running partner!
• I'd be able to go to school!
• Rides to and from school (depending on where our apartment would be located).
• Drinking/movie/cooking buddy. lol
• I'd have my own apartment, and finally feel like a real adult for a change.

Cons:

• The possibility it could interfere with my current relationship (i.e. boyfriend feeling uncomfortable/jealous).
• I wouldn't be able to go to school.
