Fitness
- Goal Weight: 110-115 lbs . Be toned.
- Make fitness a routine. Be disciplined. Try to refrain from procrastination
- Fast walk 2,300+ steps (3-4mph) daily
- Use a walkingpad indoors.
- Walk palm-facing. Wear 0.5-2lb wrist bangles when I'm more fit
- Begin stretching 15 minutes everyday
Health
- Exercise more than I eat
- Build a healthy relationship with food
- Transition to a balanced and healthy diet
- Cut out greasy/fried/fast foods, sugary drinks, processed meats, and refined vegetable oils (canola, corn, soybean, sunflower) completely.
- Learn to enjoy vegetables. Eat more of the fruits I like. Eat more fiber-rich foods
- Moderate eating red meat to very occasionally
- Drink 2 liters water daily
- Improve posture and straighten back. Consciously sit upright.
- Normalize correct posture in front of a monitor. Find an chair that's adjustable to ~15.9 inches (from floor to seat) and armrests height (distance between armrests and seat) adjustable to ~8.7 inches
- Wear a back posture corrector until it's unnecessary
- Take my supplements and medication consistently everyday
- Drink herbal tea nightly
- Taper off screentime an hour before bedtime
Physical
- Get contact lenses
- Be unwavering with my skincare and haircare routine
- Have clear, even, and "glowing" skin on face and body
- Grow healthy and soft hair to "classic" length
- Henna mask-tint twice monthly
- Learn how to trim my own hair
- Learn how to do minimal and "natural-looking" makeup. Learn what colors look best on me and what my skin tone shade is
- Learn how to do a manicure with pinkish jelly nail polishes
- Get a lobe piercing on both ears
- Get 12x sessions of full-body laser hair removal
Mental
- Not ignoring when I'm doing mindless activities or unsatisfying routines (browsing media, daydreaming) to the point I'm avoiding a more fulfilling life
- Work on procrastination and lack of discipline
- Read books
Other
- Do the hobbies I'm interested in like crochet, flower preserving/drying, stone skipping, etc
- Find a sport I'd participate in regularly
- Decorate my room with aesthetics that make me happy
- Find the courage to live with Jemma ♡
