                - (Last night's sleep-filled panics) - I/they said x 2 months ago & I feel like an idiot.  I should be social with people in Scotland. I should participate. I should exercise. I should understand the subjects I'm taking/Politics.I procrastinate/haven't studied enough. I eat junk. I spend money inefficiently. I/they said x 4 months ago & I feel like a jerk. I'm going to miss my train. I'm going to forget to pack things. My camera battery doesn't work. It's my mother's birthday in a week. I feel no emotion towards my brother. 
 
 
 
- Waking up later 
- Sleep longer (Norm, 8-10hrs. Late, 10-12 hrs.) 
- Feel like shit/groggy/death-warmed-over in the morning. 
- Worrying = Bad dreams = My pillow tastes salty/feel like vom-ing..
      
        - Nightmares to do with real-life events. 
 
- I'm most proactive/motivated in the mornings. 
- I will sleep through my alarm. 
- If not lounging around/surfing the net/using no brain power I get antsy and grouchy really quickly. 
- Puffy eyes/bags
