- ✔ Traditional - Not very gingery. Crumbly dough, rises quite a bit (doubles?). More ginger-biscuit than gingerbread.

- ✔ Baked eggs - minus the bread bowl. Okay. Kinda weird consistency, cream/crème fraiche doesn't solidify & brie melts. Maybe whisk/mix ingredients together to get a consistent taste/texture?

- Om nom nom. M&S needs to get its proportions sorted out though, 12 cupcake recipes usually make between 12 and 20.
