I was in US for more than one month and I NEEDED to eat pastaaaa - pasta cooked really well, I mean - so I went into some Italian restaurants speaking my language to verify the staff nationality: "Buongiorno, può dirmi per favore se la pasta la buttate al momento? E per quanto la cuocete?" (Good morning, could you tell me if you put the pasta in the water yust when I will order my dish? How many minutes do you cook it?).

The first one not even understood what I said...

The second one answered in a funny Italian "Pasta is already done" Bleah!

Finally the third one was a guy from Bologna that prepared for me some wonderful tagliatelle :-)
