- breakfast - cinnamon toast, coffee
- at school drinks - tea or water
- lunch - a banana & baked lays 'tater chips
- snacks - tea & goldfish crackers or cheerios with sugar
- dinner - more tea & usually some sort of pototoey thing with some sort of other carbalicious thing, perhaps a veggie or fruit if i'm feeling up to it.
