- Born October 31st (Halloween) 1981, in Bellville New Jersey
- He attended Queen Of Peace High School in North Arlington
- Frank Started playing in local bands from the age of 11.
- As a child he was very prone to injury and illness, such as bronchitis and mono.

- He is covered in tattoos, including as tattoo on the inside of his lip, a tattoo dedeicated to his wife, grandfather and grandmother, he also has a Frankenstein tattoo done by Kat Von D.
- He is prone to injury, and has suffered injuries such as two broken toes, numourous bruises and laserations, he has also had Mono.
- He got married to his long term girlfriend Jamia Nestor in 2007. He now has 2 daughters, Cherry and Lilly.
