- Start and finish my 21 day Goddess work out challenge
- 30 minute puppy jog first thing when I wake up. Morning cardio burns more fat calories.

- pack healthy snacks
- Jump rope, hula hoop, hacky-sack.
- Journal, meditation, and Prayer
