• Walk for 30- 45 minutes every day.
  • Exercise dvd three times a week
  • keep an excercise and food journal
  • weigh my self every week.
  • cut my diet by 250 calories.
  • Drink 8 glasses of water everyday.
  • Streach when bored.
  • Go to the mountain every week and hike with my little dog.
  • Mentally de-stress with meditation and journaling instead of food.
  • Keep in contact with Mom and Marsha about my diet and my excercise (talk about it often so that is stays fresh in my mind)
  • Start the day by writing out my nutrition and excercise goals of the day with times and specific food.
  • Eat more salad. perhaps a salad only for lunch everyday.
  • Sleep as much as possible.
  • Read health articles then write about them in journal or in purse notebook to keep on hand.
  • Make Healthy food list
  • Stick to Healthy foods and ignore junk food.
  • Pick one cheat meal per week. ( Mostly Monday seafood night)
  • Work on finding other positive ways to deal with stress instead of going straight to a bag of junk. :)
  • Smile more.
