- Walk for 30- 45 minutes every day.
- Exercise dvd three times a week
- keep an excercise and food journal
- weigh my self every week.
- cut my diet by 250 calories.
- Drink 8 glasses of water everyday.
- Streach when bored.
- Go to the mountain every week and hike with my little dog.
- Mentally de-stress with meditation and journaling instead of food.
- Keep in contact with Mom and Marsha about my diet and my excercise (talk about it often so that is stays fresh in my mind)
- Start the day by writing out my nutrition and excercise goals of the day with times and specific food.
- Eat more salad. perhaps a salad only for lunch everyday.
- Sleep as much as possible.
- Read health articles then write about them in journal or in purse notebook to keep on hand.
- Make Healthy food list
- Stick to Healthy foods and ignore junk food.
- Pick one cheat meal per week. ( Mostly Monday seafood night)
- Work on finding other positive ways to deal with stress instead of going straight to a bag of junk. :)
- Smile more.
