This is a list of my current weight all the way down to my ideal weight. This is going to be a long road but I am looking forward to getting healthy. Next to the weight I put a treat for losing. Every 10 Pounds is a big treat and the 5 between is a little smaller but just as good and rewarding. :)

  • 215- $40 Shopping Card.
    • Happened really fast! Well I think that two weeks is pretty fast. I'm proud of the way I'm eating and now it is time to work on the exercise wish me luck.
  • 210- Museum Day.
    • As of January 25th I am under 210 pounds. How you like them Turkey meat balls? I'm going to the museum day this upcoming Thursday. Get ready for that fun filled list ;). I feel great. Losing weight and really getting in touch with my body. Get ready 205... Because I'm coming with a vengance.
  • 205- Buy a new Perfume
    • As of February 11, 2011 I am 203.6!!! I'm doing good. I bought some of the workout DvDs on the work out list, will now implement more workout dvds, puppy walks, and soon a pre-bed 10 min workout. I didn't end up buying perfume. I did how ever buy a gardening set and will be gardening (yes gardening burns calories!) I'm learning new ways to burn calories (sometimes I just stand up and I am burning more than I would sitting down). I'm going to try and get under 200 before the weekend is over. It will be tough work but I want to go to the zoo next week!!! WOOOOOO HERE I COME 200 GET READY!!!
  • 200- Zoo!
    • I'm actually at 196 right now. I have been keeping track of whatI eat and exercising a lot and it has kept me losing!! I'm super happy and am looking forward to a new outfit.
  • 195- Buy a New Outfit
    • It is March 25 and I weigh 194. This weight took a while to come off because I came close to falling off the wagon. I stopped writing everything I ate down which ended up being a mistake because I kept making little bites. I almost regressed into my grazing behavior. Fortunetly, I caught it in time. As for exercise I hike up a hill a couple of times. Then there is pilates, yoga, belly dancing, zumba, and the elliptical that are all becoming daily choices for me. I'm shooting for a little something every day. I bought two new shirts for my treat to myself.
  • 190- Manicure and Pedicure
    • It is June 1st and I've officially staied under 190. It has been really difficult to stay on track, but I think I can really stick to my plan now. my only diet constrictions are under 1400 and only two carbs. Beer included in the mix. Alcohol is the worse thing for me! I just drink and drink then I eat and eat. NO MORE GRAZING DAMNIT. Ok let Break it down I started (let's Say) January 1st so It has been exactly 6 months.I started out at 222lbs and am now at 188. That's 34lb weight loss. That evens out to about 6lbs per month. So I need to lose 38lbs in order to meet my goal in December 2011. So I need to loss about 6lbs every month starting now. So by July first I should be at 182lbs. Ok, Wish me luck and now I will Blog and tweet this so I am held accountable... to the internet. Thanks internet!
