  • Puppy walk Often as possible
  • Follow getting sick protocal
  • Sleep lots more than usual to help with health
  • sleep, work out, sleep, Brian, sleep, puppy walk, sleep work out.
  • Write in journal at least 3x and write a lot.
  • write Mom's first letter ( see list of letter topics :)
  • Check email everyday and record the vocabulary list
  • Shoot for five fruits and veggies a day.
  • Shoot for eight glasses of water
  • Ban soda from my diet forever it isn't good for me even if there is delicious alcohol in it, it isn't worth it. So quit it.
  • WOOOOO! Technically it is my third week of diet and excercise, now is the time to supe buckle down and get addicted to health.
