- Sleep lots more than usual to help with health

- Write in journal at least 3x and write a lot.
- write Mom's first letter ( see list of letter topics :)
- Check email everyday and record the vocabulary list
- Shoot for five fruits and veggies a day.
- Shoot for eight glasses of water
- Ban soda from my diet forever it isn't good for me even if there is delicious alcohol in it, it isn't worth it. So quit it.
- WOOOOO! Technically it is my third week of diet and excercise, now is the time to supe buckle down and get addicted to health.
