- 25 crunches
- 50 jumping jacks
- 10 squats
- jog in place for 45 seconds
- wednesday:
- 30 reverse crunches
- 30 calf raises
- 20 alternating lunges
- 20 side step toe touches
- thursday:
- 30 bicycle crunches
- 50 alternating knee lifts
- 20 squat thrusts
- 5 planks 10 seconds each
- friday:
- jog in place 2 minutes
- 25 crunches
- 25 reverse crunches
- 10 tricep dips
- 20 squat jumps
- saturday:
- 3 hours of laps around the pool
- sunday:
- 1 hour of walking or jogging
