• Using the word "kaleidoscope" to refer to teleidoscopes. A kaleidoscope has small multicolored pieces in it. A teleidoscope is fragmented, making you see dozens of whatever you point it to. One comes with it's own images and one doesn't!
• Fashion snobs - my clothes are clean, they match and they fit, who cares about anything else?
