✧ CONTEMPLATING THE PAST AS YOU MAKE YOUR WAY OUT OF THE IRON CAGE:

• there are lots of opportunities coming you way. however, you are feeling incredibly exhausted. you messed up your perfect academic record with your first B, but you learned to move past that. you're more than your grades and scores, and you should've known that for a long time. in response, you've been watching tons of shows and taking more breaks from high school. however, as you take more trips to prepare for the world after high school while still fulfilling your duties, you enter the month of march. this month is filled with your final college decisions, and let's see if your hard work paid off for a top school acceptance.

✧ FEELING THE LIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE IRON CAGE:

• 03/01/2025 ➣ you did some physics work and some other assignments. watched more abbott, you're almost caught up and even went to chilis. nothing special really happened today, but you did try to become more organized. "no, i'm not the type to keep you locked up inside (no). and i won't start a fight to keep you with me tonight (no). 'cause i can spot the truth when i look in your face. and i can smell a lie before you walk in my place. yeah, you know my reputation, so don't push me (yeah). i'll get my revenge if i lock away this— (oh, woah). • 03/02/2025 ➣ after going to church, you had a lot of math, physics, and calculus work. the place by the beach was nice but you had to get back home. you realized your procrastinated on the genshin quest so that was a big mistake. you did a lot of work and tested your mom on some financial literacy questions. you tried to plan a tyler concert with a friend. you eventually did your physics midterm, and you definitely could have done better. just go watch some abbott while you recharge. you talked to friend about your change from not cussing to cussing later on.
• 03/03/2025 ➣ you chilled a bit after finishing your final exam. it's also official that you got a B in a class, so that's okay, but it honestly doesn't bother you much anymore. you go to sleep, wake up for school. you get some grapes and lettuce and carry some paperwork to some teachers. after that, you work on fixing the bulletin board while working on some reports for the project of the year for nhs. then you chilled in class while students were working on engineering projects. you read the new bsd chapter and some real interesting (and gay) shit is going on with atsushi and the fourth dimension. you ate, slept, and got accepted as a finalist for the fsu presidential scholarship. you and your friend did a virtual tour of florida poly and enjoyed the experience. you helped your family put up the new tv and watched the kendrick halftime show as a test run.
• 03/04/2025 ➣ before you went to sleep, you got some work done before your next trip. your trip today will be a trip to your county's judicial complex. it was pretty interesting being in the city and you had some tours on the trip. you saw a lot of evidence with their guns, chemistry, dna, and you even saw a vault of evidence, and saw a ton of illegal drugs. you guys prepared for a mock trial and your team was serious. you guys ended up winning but the other team kinda choked. but it was cool to see the state attorney and get an experience of the law field. when you got back to the office, there was a guy who was very interested in you, "mr. dennis, it's nice to finally meet you." you go home, get some work done, and go rest.
• 03/05/2025 ➣ you stayed home and did some house chores today. you got ready for your senior bbq tommorrow and also just did some things here and there. the main thing you had to worry about were the nhs projects that were due soon. you spent the day working on them.
• 03/06/2025 ➣ today was the day of the senior bbq. you got ready and had to miss out on getting your glasses, but the glasses weren't available yet anyway. you got in the car with your friend, and drove to the event. it was pretty fun and you danced, ate, runway walk, and a lot more. it's just something about this friend that makes you happy around them that you don't really get from anyone else. • 03/07/2025 ➣ you stared at your ceiling while waiting to fall asleep. • 03/08/2025 ➣ today was a pretty boring day. you had a crazy dream that featured your entire senior class. after doing basically nothing, you get on a call with friends. but you really like your pictures with your close friends at the bbq. it reminded you why you hang out with certain friends less than others.

✧ 2000-DAY DREAMS:

• 03/09/2025 ➣ you realize this week is the week you find out if your dreams the lasted 2000 days come true. you wake up ready to do some calculus, scholarship, and speech communication work. you're worried you could miss out on the fsu opportunity. updated some of your spotify playlists, you need to do it again cause they need some updates. after doing work, you discussed the tyler concert tickets, you are not going for $400 a ticket.
• 03/10/2025 ➣ you only came to school for an sga meeting. you are so tired that you barely get any work done the entire day and now you are navigating through a lot of tasks. you think you should take the next day off, but it's club pictures. so, you just keep on working until you go to sleep.
• 03/11/2025 ➣ after a long talk, you fall asleep and wake up to go to school. you wish you got more work done. now you're at school and ready for picture day. you coordinate with the teacher over the yearbook for your spot and you take club pictures as time progresses. you get some for nhs and engineering, but you also gotta take some for principal advisory baord. while you changing, drama goes down because someone who bites people believes they should still be in the club. it's crazy but you ultimately get all the pictures done and even take pictures for yourself. after that, you take some more pictures for sga and go on your way home. then you spent the day getting work done. it was very tiring because you need to get that presentation done. what also sucks is that you gotta go to school just for a college fair tomorrow.
• 03/12/2025 ➣ you spent the night playing a capybara game and working on stuff for your magnet coordinator and speech communication class. you and your friend were talking about fine shyt and you compared your future fine shyt to the sunlight that sneaks into the window. you got one hour of sleep and you're struggling to stay awake on the bus, only to work like hell because there's a district event that your magnet coordinator is hosting and you had no idea about it. you had to go all around the school and barely visit the college fair. you got it all done even though you were incredibly exhausted and finished the video presentation. the chef really wants you to talk to someone that works in lockheed martin; he trusts you that you'll make it far, so that's good. you get home and try to relax but ultimately you try your best to finish the group project and other work.
• 03/13/2025 ➣ you wake up realizing you never finished the work you had to complete for your group project so you decide to finish it at school today. today will be the first day you try out your glasses. you get to school and a lot of people ask about your glasses and like them a lot. you came to school for an nhs meeting. however, you spent the day working around. first you finished the presentation for your magnet coordinator. then you walked around with friends showing off your new glasses while others talk about your glutes a lot. you find out that senior superlatives have just started and you decide to run for overachiever and most likely to succeed. triple a batteries is going against you but she don't really have a chance. you had a really good nhs meeting with a lot of new members. you went home and went straight to work on some assignments and then talked with friends later. it looks like the ultimate day is about to happen.
• 03/14/2025 ➣ well today is the big day. you wake up because you have to go to an emergency meeting but continue to wear your new glasses. you get quickly overwhelmed when you have to make copies for teachers, go around the school to talk about aviation experiences, and have teachers fill out paperwork. your emergency meeting was a waste of time, but it's whatever. playboi carti finally dropped and you like a few of the songs on the album. your friend gave you some pie and you got to work on revit. you talked about different artists and got more work done. you eventually got a free ticket to the teacher basketball game. you enjoyed the game with friends and recorded it. after you went home, your friend picked you up and you guys went shopping. while you were shopping, decisions for uc san diego, mit, and uchicago came out. once you got home, you checked out decisions. you got accepted in uc san diego, you got waitlisted from uchicago. and after years of dreaming about this school, you got rejected from mit. you recorded your reaction and you expected this outcome a long time ago. however, you couldn't deal with the disappointment, the rage, the despair, the feeling of failure. you told some friends and they tried to make you feel better but you don't know if helped. your mom called you later, and she wanted to check on you, but you got rejected.

✧ ... ARE STILL JUST DREAMS:

• 03/15/2025 ➣ well you're still feeling horrible about your first ever rejection. you sit in the kitchen talking to friends as you eat golden oreos and key lime pie with wipped cream. eventually you fall asleep but you have to get ready to go out to volunteer for crockett. before you do, you realize that people voted for you for superlatives that you didn't even run for. you are now nominated for most likely to succeed, most likely to be a celebirty, most likely to be president, and over achiever award. you did some volunteering and gave people a lot of food and got some papayas to carry home. you discussed with your crockett team about the group project. that class group chat talks a lot and your friend got caught in the crossfire with an instagram note. you reached out to her later. after playing video games and make belief battles with your baby cousin once he arrived with family, you did some discussion assignments and personal finance. your friend called you to make you feel better about your mit rejection, but you seem to be taking it better. maybe that's because you're not at school though.
• 03/16/2025 ➣ you woke up today to say goodbye to your little cousin and your family so they can go on their cruise. now you got a ton of work to do. it was a long day of work, but you got it all done.
• 03/17/2025 ➣ today you just stayed in one classroom and filled out some paperwork, and worked on your group project. you also prepared some future events for different clubs and finished up a scholarship.
• 03/18/2025 ➣ you stayed home today and played some games. you also worked on service hour papers, got your new pants tailored by your grandmother, got more work done, and some chores. your friend got pissed at you and jokingly asked the group chat to burn you at the stake.
• 03/19/2025 ➣ you wake up and work on getting yourself some more service hours. you finished up writing the papers and then went over to go help out your magnet coordinator. you first had to run over to different places to give out some documents. then you talked about your college decisions and how it was a bunch of rejections. then you started talking about a bunch of issues in the school, your scores, solar car, and just a lot of things you could've done better but also things that you could not control. it was a decent talk, but it ended up with some other things getting done and then ultimately calling it a day. you also saw one of your friends with tons of hickies on his neck cause you were tired, so you finished some things up after walking home. did some work, went to sleep.
• 03/20/2025 ➣ your day started with you putting on your green engineering attire. you first head over the engineering room where you fix up the room for the guest speakers, talk to friends about baby pictures and senior quotes, and once again head off. you then go speak to one of your underclassmen friends about the importance of professional ettiquette in an internship or job environment. soon after, you would not only find out that one of your friends is going to the tyler the creator concert, but also find out that your magnet coordinator got proposed to the yesterday night. after that, you worked with your magnet coordinators, principal, and band, to give an outstanding demonstration to make guests that will collaborate with blanche ely in the future. then you head back, rest a bit, get your senior club pictures, and go home to prepare for the awards ceremony. the food was alright, and it was very frustrating when random scholarships were being given out to everyone but the students at your school. then, only to find out, that the person who won the biggest scholarship at the event, the most outstanding senior leader in the entire north district of the county, was you. you were so pumped and everyone took pictures and videos and it was an amazing night. maybe don't get up too fast though. you go home, post and celebrate, and prepare for the trip tommorrow.

✧ AN IVY-COLORED SPRING WITH LIBERATING VINES AND SENTIMENTAL THORNS:

• 03/21/2025 ➣ you wake up pumped from the awards ceremony last night and prepare to head over on another trip to umiami. after a long two hour bus ride, you eventually reach umiami. you see crazy technology, including nanotechnology in their engineering lab, some magical musical rooms and places, and you also got to see some of their communications and media. during the trip, you laugh and talk with friends, but notice that your tampa roommate was talking to one of the girls for awhile. with the help with your lpn partner in crime, you figured out that he's obviously going for this girl, but she's still not over your ex. after umiami, you went to the wells fargo center. it was fun, but then you left, and actually recorded your reaction to john hopkins only to get rejection. later that night you tell your friend about the truth with this roommate. you update you and your friends on your weekly calls on your crazy week. finished up some assignments, and then fell asleep cause you were incredibly tired.
• 03/22/2025 ➣ you did very little today because you're still tired. you finished a few assignments and sent some emails. listened to music, finished some laundry. talked to friends at the end of it about whatever.
• 03/23/2025 ➣ after a bunch of hypothetical would you rather questions with friends, you fall asleep. wake up, play some games, and get a lot of work done. you finish up your last assignments and go to bed.
• 03/24/2025 ➣ you wake up and play around. do some tests and study some. you go out with family and friends for some ice cream, you are very upset that you missed the tyler the creator concert but it was fine. you got to see some videos of it and watch how many other people missed it with you.
• 03/25/2025 ➣ today was just work on calculus and some other random stuff. listened to some music and played some games. you were asked if you could be a part of a mission statement video tomorrow and you might as well get some exposure. your house got some new furniture and that's that.
• 03/26/2025 ➣ after a short reel and some thoughts, you decided to send in some last minute college application info about your recent awards to help your college application out.
