• you came out of the last month as a person who finally was able to answer his question. where would you go after high school. you have great scholarships lined up, you were on tv, and so many senior activities make it fun. however, your academic performance has been getting worse, you are worried about falling behind, and you are asking yourself about why you focus so much on a stranger. with decisions, prom, and graduation on the horizion, you enter the final month as you attempt to make your way out of the iron cage.

✧ WITH A HEART OF GARNET AND MIND OF GOLD:

• 05/01/2025 ➣ well today was the day, decision day. not just the school, but the world will know where you will be attending. as you come to school, you wear your shirt underneath your hoodie. you post that you will be on channel 7 news and all you will say is that word gets around fast. everyone was wondering where you will go and some are surprised that your choice isn't an ivy league or mit, after playing games like tug of war and musical chairs, you make a mini speech about your decision. harvard and yale gave you interviews, but you got rejected. mit also was your dream school but first rejection of the school year. but with a heart of garnet and a mind of gold, you will be attending fsu, go noles. you had some fun and told others to watch the news and finished up your final dba. you watched yourself on the news, saw people congratulate you, and called a friend who needed help with a document. you talked to her while you stressed about your college exams.
• 05/02/2025 ➣ you had to go to school and you were incredibly tired. yeah you had a fun time calling your friend but the additional work had you falling asleep. you even woke up sweating like crazy and ended up missing your bus. after printing some pictures for a promposal and using tons of ink, you get to school. you shadowed a future student for a bit and went to a senior assembly where they boo'd your brace advisor off the stage when most of those kids are not even graduating. then after that, there were shangigans in the group chat and you were decorating the plc for teacher appreciation. after some annoying decorations you got home took your two physics finals, ended one with a b+, oh well.
• 05/03/2025 ➣ you wake up tired from the final and just chill since your college classes are done. your decision picture got posted so that is very fun and cool. • 05/04/2025 ➣ you spent the morning playing fortnite with your baby cousin which he did win his first game so that is pretty good. then you went to an delta sigma theta event where people saw you from the news and other drive events from crockett. you got $100 for a book scholarship. you just feel so bored and so unfulfilled and exhausted and worthless it is so annoying and dreadful.
• 05/05/2025 ➣ you are honestly stressed and just done with ap exams. you just focus the entire day on getting the ceiling tile finished and started tracing. you work with the magnet coordinator to focus on teacher appreciation week. you would get some of the food and had a nice lunch with a variety of meat. you checked the additional gift your magnet coordinator gave you and it was an additional $100, how nice of her. there was an sga meeting about leadership and you popped off with all your activities and resume and it was a great seeing the support from the people. you worry about your exam while your mom gives your friend an additional $100.
• 05/06/2025 ➣ you spent majority if the day sketching the ceiling tile and focusing on other things throughout. but your ap exam was coming up and you studied a bit for it. after walking around the school fixing up errands and getting things situated, you go and take your ap exam. you finish it, leave, and just go home and decide to watch thunderbolts. you get texts to start the prom video with your friend and help someone out with dual enrollment.
• 05/07/2025 ➣ you are so tired of school. you go and wait in a very long line because metal detectors don't wanna work. you talk to some of the underclassmen about the us history eoc. you spent the first period of the day working with your brace advisor, principal, and magnet coordinator to get students to come to senior awards night. after that and catching up on thunderbolts, you spoke to the sophomore who texted you yesterday about advice with dual enrollment and college. then you went to go get your prom ticket. you find out one of your friends did not pass the reading test and is worried they won't graduate on time but they will be fine. also you found your friend after your friend's mom noticed you from earlier had a sister in the engineering class. you talked to your teacher about the difficulties of getting into medical school. after painting your ceiling tile, you head home with your friend so you can record the first part of your prom video. you fall asleep and call her back about this weird primerica company you don't really like since its multi level marketing. you finished your urop application and talked to friend about how certain people don't stress about certain problems. you haven't even gotten around to writing your graduation speech.
• 05/08/2025 ➣ you and your stupid procrastination and poor studying got you doing a billion calculus assignments in the morning. after doing tons of calculus, you head over for an nhs meeting. it was alright, you told the future officers what to do, and found out that you are being chosen as student of the year. then you get home, get things situated, work on some essays, and fall asleep.

✧ THE BEAUTY OF PROMENADE AND ABSENCE OF PERFECTION:

• 05/09/2025 ➣ you wake up, pull domain expansion gojo with your first ever gojo animation. you are looking to have spent 12 hours just doing straight calculus work. at least going back to old playlists in pretty fun. at the end of the day, after finishing all the work, you realized that your final grade from physics has stuck and you officially lost your perfect unweighted gpa.
• 05/10/2025 ➣ today was finally prom day. but first while your friends were talking about joining you up last minute so you made some last minute plans and executed them later that day. you started by getting a nice haircut and then you got ready right after that. once you were in your red and black suit, you got the range rover, and you had three cars pull up ready to take pictures with you. you guys take crazy flics and head out to the hotel to pick up your first lady with the secret service. but when you got to the hotel, your date would respond to no texts or calls. you went inside and waited and saw her "best friend" despite the difficulties between them about them, but after seeing your date's little sister, you knew for sure that it was gonna take some time. so, you and the secret service went to wendy's, saw some people argue, but you were very anxious the entire day. it was anxious enough about prom day but you don't know anything about your date's schedule. you got back to the hotel and she was ready and gorgeous. you guys took pictures and she might not have left the best first impression on your friends. but you guys eventually got to the venue after a long wait, you saw many friends. some you couldn't recognize, some you couldn't bother to deal with. but there was a lot of atl eating and a lot grinding, a lot of ass being thrown. you danced a bit and talked with others. you won the superlative for mr. most likely to succeed. your named was spelt wrong though. but it was an alright night, people still acknowledge you for mr. valedictorian, and you did the prom transition, and left the venue and got back to the hotel.
• 05/11/2025 ➣ once you got back to hotel you waited on your ride. the "best friend" brought some random guy in the room why the girl's were changing which is uncalled for. but you eventually got home and honestly you felt a sort of way. prom isn't made for you, and while you were one of the hardest workers, you didn't enjoy it as much as others did. and you're stuck at home while others are at after parties or the beach or whatever. you talked with your friend about prom and all that happened yesterday until you fell asleep. and honestly you did barely anything for mother's day. you were too lazy to get up and study. too tired when you and your mom good cheesecake and food. and you were just waiting on the pictures while you worked on the prom transition video. you got a scholarship for a few hundred and a laptop. just happy mother's day, but you are scared for tomorrow.
• 05/12/2025 ➣ well you finished up two scholarships and sent them over. then you wake up exhausted and worried about the ap calc exam. you got there with two friends and took it. but you knew you weren't gonna pass it. so, you just wrote a 300 word essay to yourself about how you feel and your future. it was good to talk to yourself and you thought you were gonna cry or have a panic attack but it was a good talk. you finished it up and met up with your prom date and magnet coordinator about prom and showed pictures and videos. you actually got the pictures and they were rushed. but you then went to work on another scholarship and then got to a ctace district meeting, brag, and talk about the engineering program. behind you was your proctor who asked if you were okay which you said you were because she saw the essay. but once you were done, you and your friend just chilled around the school. went on the playground, ate very salty and poorly made food (but that's not the organizations fault), and had a lot of talks. these talks were about your experiences about high school, certain people, memories, crushes, nightmares, and even prom. after all of that, you guys went back to school to see the new members of your school's royal court. then you went home, talked to your friend about your feelings about the ap calc exam, and walked inside. then you just chilled and went to sleep.
• 05/13/2025 ➣ come to school and hear about the drama, ceiling tile, posted pictures, small group interview, called friend earlier. you came to school today and heard a troublesome person you've had issues with in the past talk poorly about a friend over a group project, how familiar. then you worked a lot on the ceiling tile, talked with people, and had fun. one of the students you saw yesterday got arrested for battery. then you got home, and finally posted your pictures from prom and damn people like and shared them fast. soon you had a group interview with your close friend. then your friend would call you about whatever and yall talked. then you and your friend watched your other friend on her close friends talk shit about the girl that pissed her off this morning and also name dropped you in the close friends. you left your cheesecake and dropped to the floor and she told you not to worry about it cause no one on her close friends would snitch. we'll see.
• 05/14/2025 ➣ drama starting, you're worried about that stupid drama over the damn assignment. you come in and work on the ceiling tiles while some of the drama would get mentioned and discussed. after having a nice conversation with a teacher about your future at fsu, you go and get some things situated. you saw the person from the whole romantic rendezous arc last year, and she said "hey, i never knew you had a girlfriend." the rumors have started. you tell her yall are just friends. but more people compliment your prom photos as you walk around. the person that got arrested came back today and started some stuff in the cafeteria but I guess he is a celebirty now. after working more on the ceiling tile, you go to the top 10% lunch where you are severely frustrated. not only is this budget made when other schools and previous school years were given better treatment, but you were onced again joked about the fact that no one was officially valedictorian yet, and honestly you didn't wanna hear that shit. you know that your school does not priortize sports and only priortizes academics to meet quotas and the bare minimum. once you got back, the friend who talked shit on close friends and the bf of the girl who talked shit first were starting to create a heated discussion. now you got drama and now you got extra errands to run in the final days of the school year. you got home, walked home, slept, sang, and just chilled.

✧ THERE ARE PLACES THAT CAN ONLY BE SEEN WHEN STOPPING, PLACES YOU CAN'T GO:

• 05/15/2025 ➣ you wake up and work on your speech and other assignments in the middle of the morning. you of course come to school to work on the ceiling tile. but you also see that the school has been ruined by the senior prank. they worked on it last night and they egged the school, vandalized it, broke glass and windows, ripped up banners, and did a lot of damage. some of these kides are not getting their diplomas. on the brightside, you really do understand the yuji itadort fit. soft clothes, a hoodie, and some boots really are comfty. now you have to deal with drama in the morning about the drama about the group project. it is kinda crazy how someone will play the victim and do the most, someone will back up their gf no matter what, and another person will ride others dicks so much and ignore certain parts of what people will say. you will never understand these three, after all, they spoke so poorly of you a few months ago and they didn't even know. anyways, you come back to work on the ceiling tile, you are worried about the second tile. after running up and down, you help out your magnet coordinator at the end of the day with the field trip. you talk with security about your future and your success and more of the same ol same ol since they saw you on the news. then you waited for your good friend, the prom date, so you guys can drive out and go do some adventuring. you talk about practical life and how you might not have many skills or experiences because of how you treated your childhood these past years. it was uncomfortable but honest and truthful. you then went to her house and talked about the stupid drama and how that girl will twist narratives in her head. honestly you probably should cut her off. you also talked about one of the students at your school. you've known about her for awhile and her history but she's been living at a shelter for some time, doesn't even have underwear, and her mom hasn't been treating her right. your friend bought some underwear for her to wear and treated her to other stuff. your friend really does have a heart of gold. then you guys went to walmart, got some vaseline, joked about condoms, and headed out to senior awards night. you got dressed there and forgot your belt. which means something really bad could happen so please be careful. if it wasn't for your big butt, you'd be in trouble. but senior awards night was great. all the students, which included many of your friends, got so many awards and scholarships, you got recognized like 7 times so that's pretty cool. you got a laptop, big check, money, and even the full housing scholarship, however, something felt off about the scholarship. you went out with your friend's family to talk about senior year, the future, the scholarships, and so much more. you even talked about your friends "best friend" and what when down on prom night and how its your friend's fault for putting herself in that situation. once you guys got home, you checked the scholarship and you were confused with the amount of money. but with a cord and so many accomplishments, you knocked out and went to sleep.
• 05/16/2025 ➣ you went to school for the ceiling tile and had a long talk with your bace advisor about your feelings about academics in the school, the nation, your opinions on yourself, your opinions of peoples opinion on you, and a lot more. ultimately it was a good talk that you guys would hold only between each other. lots of political talk too. she did bring up an interesting point. are you autistic? she said you felt like you were a little on the scale with how much detail you put into certain things. to be honest, if you were, it would explain a few things and help you understand yourself. you decide to test yourself sometime in the future. after you got back, you had a talk with one of your friends about the foundation. you looked at your scholarship and even though you were promised full housing, you were only given half. the same applies to the others and your friend that chose tuition, not only received about 60% of what she was promised, but was influenced to go to a university that was ultimately worse for her because of the stigma behind community college. it seems like this organization played you all and scam you all for their own benefit. afterwards, you work on painting the ceiling tile until you go help your magnet coordinator with t-shirts and other errands. your sga advisor stopped you and referred to you as "mr. bigshot" after what happened last night at senior awards night. she invited you to come to the bacculerate service because you signed up and she had a cap and gown for you. you had to leave a little early, but it will be there for you. once you got back, you did some more painting, ate some nice chips, talked about the stupid group project drama, and booked it to go to the movies. you left the campus and walked to the park. your gang picked you up and you guys reunited. you saw sinners and thunderbolts, both great movies with their great themes and elements. inbetween movies you stopped by pdq and during thunderbolts you joined a call to find out you are getting a scholarship. you dropped of your friends, talked about prom, and went home, and reflected about today. then you hit the hay.
• 05/17/2025 ➣ today you got ready for the scholarship event. you put on your black and blue j's and your blue blazer, and help your mom set up for the event. you worked a little and then sat down. you got a scholarship, some mentions, and some other cool awards and notice at the event. people still even saw you at the news. then you went home, relaxed, and got some work done tommorrow. you realized that you got more money than you were originally expecting.
• 05/18/2025 ➣ today is not only haitian flag day but the day of the bacculerate service. your uncle comes to spray down the house but also congratulates you on your achievements. you get ready and you arrive there in your cap and gown. you fix some tassels on your cap. the bacculerate service was great, a lot of people were talking about your gpa and your accomplishments. you were even given $40 and saw a lot of old and sweet faces. took some pictures and get you went to la granja after that. you think about your aa degree, your love starvation, and a lot more about yourself. you make a list of reflections that you must consider and change as you look as you move towards the future.
• 05/19/2025 ➣ it seems that you lost the $40 the kind parent gave you. it sucks because your mom says that it was from grandma with her gifting habits. you escorted some of the oic mentors around the school. you got a new cup that matches your colors and talked with friends in the cunlinary room. you finished your ceiling tile painting at school. you ate some more la granja, you fell asleep and then woke back up and worked on the graduation speech.
• 05/20/2025 ➣ you stayed up late talking to a friend about random stuff and fine shyt. then you had a weird nightmare of your dad nearly attacking you but that's because he was being a lil grumpy about you leaving the lights on. there was more ceiling tile painting and more people talking to you around the school because they know that you are the valedictorian. you finished your graduation speech and you submitted it hoping most of it isn't destroyed or altered. also it happens that it is the special couple's 1 year anniversary.
• 05/21/2025 ➣ you spent the night preparing ideas for both your cap and your cap and gown pictures. then you went to school for more painting of the ceiling tile. you also went for rehearsal, but you haven't found a single time to rehearse with the authorities in charge of graduation. you also found out that these rumors are bad, like your friends think that you were actually dating your prom date which is really bad. and people are sharing thoughts and rumors and wow just wow. after that you got a cord and an extra shirt you don't need. after that, you went to the student of the year lunch, and got another scholarship. it was a fun event that showed you that even though you were a great student that represented your school well, but you didn't get into duke, or the naval academy, or become a licensed practical nurse, or do so much other stuff. you don't want to compare yourself but it you keep on thinking about your failures. so you went to go talk to your gifted teacher about your thoughts and experiences and even talked to your us history teacher a bit. then you went to the nhs party, watched your new members do their thing, had a party, talked with your friends, and went home.

• 05/22/2025 ➣ you came to school today to finish painting the ceiling tile. you went to go help your brace advisor with something, only to find out that you really hurt your engineering teacher's feelings for not choosing him to give your speech. you felt bad but the thing is that he technically made you choose this fate with all of his actions the past year. you spent a good amount of the day running around for firefighter pictures and posters for this random school event and it honestly makes you very tired of doing all of this but at least you got the idea of giving pictures to all of your teachers. you did some more ceiling tile painting but you are hoping you are able to finish it all. while you guys are painting, you talk about issues with secme, engineering, and more parts of school. to be honest, you've been feeling incredibly unfulfilled as if you could have done so much more. you come back home, greeted by a gigantic iguana on your window, and messages online praying that the graduation speeches are not long. also, you tried telling your friends about a person's feelings that you hurt and because you did not want to disclose information, they think it's related to your prom date. you really mess up.
• 05/23/2025 ➣ you come to school wondering if you should spend this last day off or if you should finish stuff up at school. knowing that there's a lot of things that need to be finished for others, you decided it would be selfish if you did not go to school. so you went on the bus, got one of your underclassmen's instagram and kept it pushing. once you got to school, you were called for graduation practice. on the way there, you got a weird look from your assistant principal asking why you're on campus. you would soon find out that they are kicking seniors off campus. while you're practicing, you call the salutatorian over so he can practice while you make good changes for your speech and you seem to have a great speech based on what the people say. after that, you got your cords and the salutatorian was able to finish revit for both of you guys and get the last cord. you finished painting the last ceiling tile and spent some memories with one of your friends in particular talking about old days in chemistry, that one thursday, and other shenigans. you got school lunch one last time even though it was ass, you'll miss the garbage. and then you come on the bus, walk home, and see the stupid igauna on the window that's bothering you. you relax and go to sleep only to talk to friends later.
• 05/24/2025 ➣ there wasn't much done today after you finished talking with friends about prom and friends and other events with the rumors. you went to walgreens, got a big hug from one of your neighbors and went to get some pictures to give to people and teachers. you are trying to work out the ticket situation but it is seems highly unlikely for this to work out. you fall asleep and missed a few calls so you responded back and got back on call with friends.
