- to drink only water and unsweetened tea.
- to refrain from impulse purchases.
- to exercise a minimum of three times a week.
- to be smarter with my finances in general.
- to eat healthier by eating breakfast and by refraining from eating at least two hours prior to going to bed.
- to eat a piece of fruit when I get a sugar craving.
- to eliminate all sweets and to cut down on the amount of bread that I consume.
- to change my irregular sleeping habits into regular ones by going to bed between ten and eleven.
