- middle school fucking sucks and it sucks that you have to realize what getting older is all about
- we had to talk to 5th graders about middle school.
- i tried to pick out the ones that would be popular in middle school & the ones that would be bullied
- i couldn't group them
- they looked the same
- they looked normal

- i wonder if someone would come to gettys could distinguish which students were popular, and which were bullied
- scriv showed me the applications for next year's student council wannabees. and he told me that this year they would be chosen by teachers instead of the student body. and i felt a huge relief. because i knew that they wouldn't be voted onto student council based on how popular they were.
- and i almost cried
- because i knew that the only reason i wasn't stud co. president was because sean thomas was more popular than me.
- and the popular kids joked about voting for me.
- and i will never forget that.
