- DON'T SIT AT DIRTY TABLES. If you wait one moment someone will clean it off for you.
- Don't order carry-out and then sit at one of my tables to eat it. I'm losing money on you.
- Don't sit at your table for two hours after you finish, especially if it looks like we are busy.
- Don't ask me to get things for you when my hands are very full. I can only carry so much.
- My tables are my priority. Ask your own waitress for things you need.
- If you call in an order, know what you want and how you are going to pay for it. Every minute I have to spend on the phone is a minute that I could be helping my customers
- Please don't pay with change. If you don't have enough cash to cover the whole bill, then maybe you should be saving your money and dining at home.
- I don't give a shit if you've been coming here for twenty years. That doesn't give you some special status and you will have to wait just like everyone else.
- If I come to your table and ask if you need anything, tell me EVERYTHING you need in one sitting so I don't have to run back and forth several times.
- I know that children are messy, but the restaurant is not a friggin playground.
- It's a pizza place, not a five-star restaurant. Don't get snooty.
- Please Please PLEASE TIP YOUR WAITRESS. We only make $4.80 an hour.
