- Letting go of a hurtful relationship at the beginning of the year.
- Processing the anger from my past.
- Treating myself really well by eating healthy.
- Feeling more mature and more OK with myself. I don't want to hide my true self anymore.
- Loving my own company.
- Accepting that I'm happy where I am with my job.
- Laughing at insane family members rather than arguing with them.
- Giving myself loads of credit for a change and knowing I am right to do so.
