Here are some benefits I've noticed as of today- 10/07/06.
- I sleep better.
- I don't have various food cravings anymore.
- I haven't eaten pizza (a former addiction) in 3 months and I DON'T MISS IT.
- Just for today: I never want to eat unhealthy again.
- I see the damage loads of bread and pasta do to my mind and body.
- I feel full most of the time and hungry only at meal time.
- I have more energy.
- I only eat out twice a week and they are planned meals.
