People like lists. My theory as to why is simple: lists are easy to read, requiring very little brain work; they are easy to focus on especially during those private moments when they’d like a little company. And lists give you something to think about: they inform, amuse, outrage, comfort and even confuse and are also out of your control: perfect entertainment.

Here are some benefits I've noticed as of today- 10/07/06.

  • I sleep better.
  • I don't have various food cravings anymore.
  • I haven't eaten pizza (a former addiction) in 3 months and I DON'T MISS IT.
  • Just for today: I never want to eat unhealthy again.
  • I see the damage loads of bread and pasta do to my mind and body.
  • I feel full most of the time and hungry only at meal time.
  • I have more energy.
  • I only eat out twice a week and they are planned meals.
