What happens when someone regresses?
Age regression can look very different! Some people regress to really young ages (infancy) and some to older ages (adolescence).
Most regressors have a "set age" they usually regress to (e.g., someone may always regress between 4 years old and 8 years old).
Some common regressing behaviours include:
Regressors can have different attitudes. Some regressors are more energetic and like to play. Others may be softer, sensitive and "clingy". Others are more independent. For others, it varies!
Some people regress often, while others may only do it once in a while.
Finally, the headspace feels different for everyone. Some regressors are able to easily "pull themselves out" of their regressed headspace and back into an adult one, while others need a bit more time.
