- try looking at yourself in the mirror, as you can see, it's a very beautiful person. you're unique, you're not like everybody, you were made special. you're different in your own special way. we all have a different beauty, look at you, so beautiful.
- try telling yourself you're beautiful, you're pretty, you're cute, you're handsome, tell yourself the words you want to hear from others. Feel it. Feel like you're very beautiful. Practice that every day.
- try changing your haircut to something you want to try, try changing the way you dress into something you are more comfortable with. if you want to be a fashion icon, do it!!

- I lose feelings so easy... once the realization hits, I'm so sorry but I'll lose feelings (it was a miracle I had a crush on someone for 2 years)
