Remember that all suffering is made up by your & others' heads ("pain is inevitable, suffering is optional"). Remember that state of serenity on Oct 22-23, 2019 as a truly healthy state. And gently steer yourself into doing 3/3/3+1 with curiosity, self-compassion, mindfulness, the learning-goals approach instead of the performance-goals approach where possible (Er. S.' stuff helps!)

2014:

  • not listening to music for 19 days straight (there was a 1 "off" day in-between them - a mistake) in December - was too busy actually, but also: it turns out, listening to it robs me of my GTD / staying-on-track abilities. I actually had known/felt that it's true for a long time, just couldn't break that habit.
  • parting ways with the library (2nd half of November)
  • not buying jeans - it was a smart anti-conformity decision. The ones I own are still "alive" and I don't need "beautiful" jeans, given my life situation.
  • deleted my old email account. the new one is known only to 1 person from the past - the neutral one.
  • finally cut off my long hair (early Jan). And I was proved wrong re. my worries (well, by autumn only, but still!) - I do can cut my own hair with almost no time costs and so that the final things looks good.
