February 10:

• It was about 2:00 am in the dream. I was part of a large group of students. At first, I wasn't really sure what we were doing, but I was way into it. I think I was dressed ridiculously, but I'm not sure. We were walking through the streets, but suddenly we were underground in a tunnel adjoining another main tunnel. We were all crouched down to avoid the notice of the business people and security guards passing by in the main tunnel. When the coast was clear, we passed through the open fence gates directly into the school library. The library had recently made some sort of bad policy regarding censorship, so we came armed with tons of excellent but controversial books with the aim of spreading them throughout the whole library and hiding them, both as a statement and in order to provide students access. I ran to the back and climbed up to the second level. Towards the end of our mission, we were leaving and THEN security noticed. They flooded through every entrance and exit, black and heavily armed like SWAT. I think a few of us got away. I eventually did, by hiding and timing my exit. Things went very strange and otherworldly when they arrived. The ground seemed to split open and things became more medieval. Stone construction and grunge and iron bars. And the SWAT became more zombie like and monstruous.
• The cafeteria was trying out a new style of serving food, and it was god-awful. It felt like punishment. Not only was the food so sorry it was inedible, but the choices were narrower than ever. (Yes, this was another buffet dream.) They were only letting about 20 kids into the buffet area at one time, I think to prevent theft or sneaking in somehow. Once I got the food with a group of friends, I decided I'd have to just throw it out and go downtown to the sandwich place I'd wanted to go to anyway. I think I convinced a few of them to come with me.
