• jan. 6: awful stomach pain. Stomach had been feeling funny all day. Breakfast: shredded wheat cereal, some coated in blueberry flavoring. Lunch: tuna sandwich with olives & mustard & mayo. Also half a lime and maybe five blue corn tortilla chips with queso dip. Dinner: falafel pita from jasmin's with fries. Later, a beer. Stomach felt increasingly bad throughout day. Now I am lying in bed writhing in pain. Solutions attempted: one effervescent tablet, one painkiller, two shots of vodka.
  • mar. 13: not as bad as last time, I think. Breakfast: a mix of cheerios and peanut butter dots cereal. Lunch: peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich plus a green apple and a Trader Joe's quiche. Pain began before dinner. Dinner: microwave paneer over rice. Standing *may* lessen pain. I also had plenty of coffee before the pain, which I have read can worsen abdominal pain.
  • jun. 1: not too terrible, but it has only gotten worse as time has gone on. Breakfast: Oatmeal Squares cereal with milk. A fairly late lunch of: Everything-flavored hummus (Nature's Way brand from Food Lion) on bread, with pepperocini peppers. Maybe 10 cherries. A few large spoonfuls of yogurt. A spoonful of peanut butter. A Cadbury egg. Dinner: went to Oishi, had hibachi shrimp and milk tea flavored bubble tea. Later, one beer. Plenty of coffee throughout day. Pain began just before dinner. Solutions attempted: 3 chewable calcium carbonate antacids/antigas tablets.
  • Nov. 19: Spicy gouda cheese on toast with milk for breakfast. A quinoa burger with banana pepper rings and sriracha and muenster cheese for lunch. Plus a large quantity of vanilla greek yogurt. And a single cup of coffee, though it came from a french press made with espresso grounds which then sat overnight. Some time after lunch I began to feel shitty. Antacids didn't work. So now I am trying beer! Because the last time my stomach began to act up, I ended up drinking and it actually went away. Since then that has appeared to be the remedy. The pain seems slightly less when I am upright as opposed to horizontal. I think I may have been OK, but every time I eat sriracha now I tend to get this pain. EDIT: Alcohol is NOT the solution. I think that it made it much worse in fact. The solution seems to be staying in one position, very still, for a long time. Maybe that's why that propped-up position worked that one time.
