- Be more kind. 
- Be punctual, always. 
- Watch 100 movies for the first time. 
- Read or watch the news for 20 minutes each day. 
- Get thee to bed (preferably asleep) by midnight on weeknights. 
- Limit caffeine intake to one cup of coffee in the morning and one diet soda in the afternoon. 
- Write & finish something that I'm really proud of. 
- Stop saying something's fine when it's not. 
- Align my words with my actions. 
- Believe that I deserve success and happiness, know that I am capable of achieving them, and act accordingly.
