(Yes, I'm still a teenager, but life lessons are learned at every age.)
- Getting up early and going to bed late are always worth it.
- Your grade will never be better if you do it at 1AM the night before instead of doing it in advance.
- You'll never regret not having a boyfriend at an early age. You have all the time in the world.
- Love your body. Embrace your physical quirks. Confidence is so much more attractive than physical perfection.
- Be nice to your friends. Don't abuse them or take them for granted, friendship is a 2-way street.
- Your parents really do find out everything eventually.
- Life doesn't get easier. The challenges don't lessen, they only change.
- You can't control what happens to the world around you, and even what directly happens to you sometimes. All you can control is your response to whatever comes your way, so make it a good one.
