- eye to eye - shirokuro: very dynamic rock song with incredible use of sonic contrasts, i see lots of potential in this band (4.5/5)
- melusina - daryss: well-executed and beautiful but doesn’t take the risks to do justice to its creative subject matter. staging evokes the ocean but doesn’t tell a story, which is needed to elevate a rather standard chanson (3.5/5)
- mother nature - eva marija: i feel like i’ve seen most elements of this performance incorporated better in some way before, from the staging to the song itself, even though eva is a very charismatic performer (3.5/5)
- sweet tooth - steve castile : very reminiscent of a musical villain, the singer really embodied his role. lyrics especially the chorus (“i am a dog, throw me a bone”) don’t quite work with his persona (3/5)
- prison dorée - luzac : as much as i appreciate the risks taken, the use of edm felt jarring (3/5)
- born again - hugo one: straightforwardly energetic pop song, though forgettable and with generic “motivational” lyrics (2.5/5)
- bad decisions - irem: the song itself doesn’t really appeal to me and weak vocals detract from the atmosphere (2.5/5)
- i’m the martian - andrew the martian: weak vocals, song read as disjointed to me with creative decisions that i questioned, ai visuals do not help (1.5/5)
