- WHEN ... (objectively describe the other’s behavior)
- THE EFFECTS ARE ... (describe how the behavior concretely effects you).
- I FEEL ... (describe how you feel).
- I’D PREFER ... (describe an alternate behavior you prefer).
- OK? ... (or synonymous request for closure).
