- say today will be a good day (even if things aren't excellent)
- breathe
- find at least one good thing that happened everyday and think about it before bed
- writing your stress diary (holly's), hard and clear about what hurts, and understanding your behaviour and reaction
- sunbathe before 10 or after 4 (sunbathing chair?)
- drink a cup of tea
- exercise at least today or tomorrow
- remember to floss
- and take vitamins/pills
- clean up after yourself
- communicate clearly, freely and light-heartedly
