i prefer not to go into too much detail about my physical + mental health, but these things may affect the way i interact/how active i am/etc. i may also just, like, talk about this stuff sometimes, so i figured i'd give a head's up!
- MENTAL STUFF:
- adhd (severe; may affect my attention span, focus, ability to communicate, and availability)
- mild ocd (my rituals/tics are subtle, but they may be fairly obvious during streams)
- anxiety (just don't say shit like "we need to talk" or whatever, lmao)
- ptsd? (i'm still working with a therapist on this. my triggers are unlikely to come up, and i'm good at removing myself from triggering situations, but please understand why i may need to do so!)

- PHYSICAL STUFF:
- hypermobility (leads to some issues with chronic pain; if i ever mention not being able-bodied, this is generally what i mean)
- light sensitivity (may limit my ability to access webpages that rely too heavily on bright whites or very high saturation)
