- get my jokes, and laugh at them
- similar taste in music--but if he loves the same stuff, even better
- go to shows with me. please please please
- doesn't over do it on the drinking front
- spontaneous--has no problem dropping everything on occasion to go for a milk shake or road trip or whatever we felt like
- likes my friends and my friends like him
- HAS TO BE ABLE TO be friendly to my parents. just respectful--that doesn't mean he has to be best friends with them, he just has to be polite and actually talk to them
- not think he's better than me--thats the number one turn off
- likes football and baseball--seattle teams, even better
- cares about things bigger than himself--but he can't forget himself
- if he can play an instrument, that's a plus
- has to be genuine to people
- plays videogames with me, but HAS to know when too much is too much
- likes to go out, but also likes to stay in (tricky, huh)
- has to have excitement for life
