- @ 18 -- a David Bowie (Aladdin Sane era) doll from Claire. She used a male Bratz doll as the base and went to town with nail polish and sparkly fabric.
- @ 22 -- a remote-controlled tarantula from my mom. Mostly memorable for the fact that I was 22 (and totally loved it).
- @ 16 -- a dollar store Barbie & a Swiss Army Knife from Amber with a note: "Enjoy!" -- I did.
- @ 24 -- a Starbucks gift card from Dylan, right before I started subbing at Royal Vale (this is especially important because: my life essentially depended on both her and my daily tall-nonfat-triple-caramel-macchiato for the entire student teaching stint).
- @ 23 -- an illustrated steampunk fairy tale, channeling a cyber-Alice in Wonderland, from Julie.
- @ 19 -- handsewn creepy-as-fuck Alice in Wonderland dolls from Veronica (Alice, the Mad Hatter, & the Queen of Hearts).
- @ 12 -- David Bowie's "Let's Dance" album from my parents. Symptomatic and prescient.
