Ground Pork Stir Fry

• half a pound ground pork
• 2 pieces of eggs
• 1 head romaine lettuce
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 roma tomatoes or one big tomato
• soy sauce, lemon juice/vinegar, pepper, salt
  • saute garlic with pork
  • add pepper and salt
  • add tomatoes crush it
  • scramble egg with soysauce lemon juice pepper and salt
  • top it on the pork mixture
  • cover it for five minutes
  • top the cut romaine lettuce cover for 5 minutes
  • mix in cover for another five minutes.
  • done
