Ground Pork Stir Fry
- half a pound ground pork
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 roma tomatoes or one big tomato
- soy sauce, lemon juice/vinegar, pepper, salt
- saute garlic with pork
- add pepper and salt
- add tomatoes crush it
- scramble egg with soysauce lemon juice pepper and salt
- top it on the pork mixture
- cover it for five minutes
- top the cut romaine lettuce cover for 5 minutes
- mix in cover for another five minutes.
- done
Scrambled egg with eggplant
- 1 long eggplant cut in four
- 2 eggs
- soysauce, pepper
- boil eggplant
- remove skin of eggplant mix in with eggs, soysauce and pepper
- fry
- done
Sauteed Mung beans
- 1 pack mung bean
- pork spare ribs
- fish sauce
- onion and garlic, pepper
- 2 tomatoes, pork cubes
- spinach
- wash and boil 1 pack mung bean until its double its size (20mins)
- saute garlic, onion, tomato
- saute in the pork, add pepper and pork cubes and fish sauce
- cover for about 7 minutes
- add in boiled mung beans, mix cover for 3 mins
- add spinach cover for 5 minutes
- mix. taste add more fish sauce if necessary
- done
Sauteed Cabbage
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 2 roma tomatoes
- garlic onion pepper
- oyster sauce
- ground pork
- saute roma tomatoes garlic onion
- saute in ground pork add pepper and oyster sauce
- cover leave for 5-10 minutes
- add cabbage leave for 5-10 minutes
- add more oyster sauce if needed then cover for 3 mins
- done
Sauteed Ground pork
- tomato sauce/ cut tomatoes
- ground pork
- onion garlic oyster sauce
- do it like sauteed cabbage without cabbage and more tomatoes.
- eat with rice
