A few things I learned about myself throughout the decade

• I make friends easily but it's hard for me to keep the friends I make
• I am awkward with adults
• I am awkward with old friends. I don't even communicate with the friends I've been really close with for the past 2 years
• Seeing all the letters and gifts I had from high school and college makes me feel thankful and sad at the same time because I probably kept like 1/10 of the friends I make
• I tend to isolate myself from people even if they make efforts to reconnect
• Not sure whether my number 1 personality aspect to fix should be my impatience or my anxieties
• I have loving and understanding people around me and I don't appreciate them enough
