- easy breakfast and easy to grab lunches - all in calorie deficit. (microwave breakfasts and lean cuisine, protein bars, alani nu/sugar free Red Bulls, pre made coffee, chips and snacks in Tupperware, etc)
- stepping pad 15-20 minutes, mango walk 20-30 minutes at night, alternate depending on schedule
- keratin treatment, heatless hair, headbands, beanie for late mornings/bad hair/greasy hair
- dye hair beginning of sept before going to Gallatin so no maintenance and no wedding maintenance
- lash extensions, dyed brows, self tan on face for lowkey/no makeup/fast makeup looks
- work clothes in one section of closet for ease of access
