  • Visit a plant nursery. Not only will I be able to find plants for my gardens but I'll get refreshed by the greenery

  • Make changes slowly, do one thing until it becomes a habit then add the next thing I need to do rather than adding everything all at once and getting frustrated because nothing is changing
  • Learn from my errors and move on rather than living them over & over again
