- Snack on Macaroni & tomatoes with salt, pepper & margarine
- Write a love letter to myself

- Take myself to a movie
- Spend a couple of hours at Chapters/Indigo
- Take yourself out to a movie matinee
- Walk on a scenic path
- Rent a great video.
- Start a gratitude journal and express my thanks on a daily basis.
- Delight and bask in the warming rays of the sun.
- Watch a sunrise
- Watch a sunset
- Dance in the rain
- Light a fire, turn on the solitudes & knit
- Spend a day in bed just because I can
- Window shop in an eclectic neighbourhood

- Get together with some knitters for an hour of socializing

- Stroll along a street in one of the ethnic neighbourhoods
- Stroll in the richest part of town & take pictures of the houses & gardens
- Take a bus/train to a unplanned station. Get off & explore
- Eat dessert before the main dish
- Be less critical of myself
- Give myself a pat on the butt when I do good
- Eat food that is good for me
- Get 8 hours of sleep every night
- Walk for at least a hour a day
- Tone muscles with resistance training. You'll look better and feel amazing
- Spend less time in my mind and more out in public
- Spend less time spinning dreams and more time living them
- Go to the adoption centre and play with the animals
- Become a special visitor at an old age home
- Become a special visitor at a cancer ward
- Become a volunteer at the Children's Hospital
- Buy a new dress
- Get a facial
- Sleep on Satin sheets in the summer
- Sleep on Flannel sheets during the winter
- Visit a plant nursery. Not only will I be able to find plants for my gardens but I'll get refreshed by the greenery
- Listen to affirmations & repeat them until they become part of me
- Lose myself in a good book
- Make changes slowly, do one thing until it becomes a habit then add the next thing I need to do rather than adding everything all at once and getting frustrated because nothing is changing
- Learn from my errors and move on rather than living them over & over again
- Don't worry about what other people think of me worry more about what I think of me.
- Compliment myself every day
- Write down all the good things that happen during a day.
- Spend quality time with friends
- Spend quality time by myself
- Work in the garden and feel the connection to mother earth
- Allow myself to freely express my emotions in art
