This one is a bit of a cheat since I wrote this list a couple of years ago but at least I can say I have started.

One Hundred Things I am Grateful for:

• Two eyes that can see
• A nose that works most of the time
• A mouth thats always ready with a kiss
• Long, thick salt and pepper hair
• A body that may be a heavy but still know how to move
• Two hands that are always ready to help
• Two feet that can still hold me up
• A sex drive that is still quite active
• Two beautiful children
• Two gorgeous grand-daughters
• The first snow of winter
• The first bud of spring
• The first rose of summer
• The red cloak of the fall maple
• A husband who loves me despite my failings

• I can knit simple things
• I can manipulate Paintshop Pro & create original pieces of art
• I can make nearly anything I set my mind to
• Babies & little children like me
• I am a pretty decent cook
• I've made a study of sex and am pretty good at it
• I am very good at procrastinating
• Making curry
• Planning almost anything
• I give good parties
• I am a decent researcher
• I am a decent electronic artist
• I make good scrapbook pages
• I make good Quick Pages
• I am a reasonably good mother
• I have an even temperment
• I can walk for several KM before I get tired

• I still have figure 8 shape
• My eyes are a reddish brown (chestnut?)I love that color
• My hair is turning a soft gray not an iron grey
• I get along with almost anyone without any problems
• When I really set my mind on a goal I reach it.
• I have a good sense of humor
• I am compationate
• I try to be nice to everyone
• I like sex and I'm pretty good at it
• I have a knack for finding exactly the right gift
• I give pretty good parties
• I am modest but not shy

• Allow myself some time to myself every day
• Take a long walk along the water
• Buy a bouquet of flowers for myself once a month
• Go to Meet-ups and participate fully
• Turn off phone & let Call Answer answer calls
• Put on my Eye of the Tiger, turn it up loud and dance.
• Snuggle up in bed with a good book
• Sink into your tub for a long, luxurious soak at the end of the day. Preferably with Lilac, Lavender or Rose
• Snack on Macaroni & tomatoes with salt, pepper & margarine
• Write a love letter to myself
• Get a massage
• Get mani & peddi
• Take myself to a movie
• Spend a couple of hours at Chapters/Indig...

• change my mind about doing something at the last possible moment
• procrastinate
• say the word diet & I go out & get a bag of chips even though I know that it the worst thing I could do
• the scale says I've lost a pound so I immediatly go crazy & eat all day
• I have the day off so I sleep & play games all day even though I need to go out and do something
• I sign up for meet-ups but always find a way to avoid going
• I'm a soft touch if one of my kids needs money & I have it I give it to them even sometimes when I need it for something else.
• I am often depressed and it works against me because I don't feel like doing stuff. I could get medication to help but I can't make myself go to the doctor
