- What you’ll need:
- About 2 cups of kale leaves.
- 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter (or sunflower, or almond..)
- 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam (I use chunky splenda substitute kind, fewer cals!)
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1/3 cup of of vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup of ice (or to your thickness..)
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- Dump in the blender and let it bend until smooth!
