THE VOLUNTEERING:

THE ADVENTURING:

• DAY 1: Arrive to Khao Sok: a national park in the jungle. Chill there for the night and explore.
• DAY 2: Khao Sok Lake Tour- Hike through the jungle to waterfalls, hidden inlets etc.
• DAY 3: Khao Sok to Railay Beach: go to the Andaman Coast, take a long tail boat from mainland to the peninsula of Railay. Guided exploration of the beach, evening= chilling on the beach
• DAY 4: Railay Beach-- snorkling at Koh Phi Phi
• DAY 5: Sea kayaking
• DAY 6: fly into northern capital, free night out in the city
• DAY 7: Explore ancient temples/streets of Old Chiang Mai and/or cruise up the Mae Ping River. Visit Doi Sethep mountain peak
• DAY 8: Elephant nature park, sleep in the Lisu Lodge
• DAY 9: jungle/hill tribe trek--hike in the jungle, visit different hill tribe people
• DAY 10: swim in waterfalls (white water rafting= cost extra)
• DAY 11: free day in Chiang Mai--can adventure into Doi Inthanon to jump into deep pools/natural rock slides
• DAY 12: rock climbing, rappelling, cave exploration, zip line
• DAY 13: free day--shopping at handicrafts village/ thai silk village, afternoon travel overnight on train to Bangkok
• DAY 14: Bangkok--explore temples, streets/markets, etc. performance of Siam Niramit--Thai Village/ pre show meal
• DAY 15: go home from bangkok.

Places we stay: range from "nice tourist class hotels" to jungle bungalows

Food: most provided by ISV--meals during sightseeing our responsibility

Volunteer project: get details ("Project Overview" for assigned volunteer project and ISV participant manual a month before you leave

$$$$- $3295 for a month-- all food for the 1st 2 weeks, most for the 2nd OR $1795 for just the 2 weeks of volunteering.
