- so obviously I'm going to leave out an elephant size amount of good things that have happened in previous months and that is the whole point of this. lists of good things are not generally not lists of vast achievements, although they can include them don't get me wrong, but they are lists of the little things in life that make everyday worth living and appreciating. so lemme think...
- graduated tech school
- got all my outprocessing paperwork done early and leaving base before anyone else!
- drove to texas and surprised hennig (he had no idea!)
- slept on cot in airport because I'm the most stubborn person ever
- had a nice hotel in texas and had free snacks
- met hennig's mom and family, free place to stay, met hennig's friends
- really really good korean bbq
- DISNEY WORLD (first in line on all the rides!)
- avatar ride was so sick
- UNIVERSAL STUDIOS (first in line on all the rides again, totally worth it)
- had an amazing time in Harry Potter world!!!!!!!! (yes I needed that many exclamation points)
- swimming with the manatees was one of the best days of my life
- traveling to hawaii I had the best seats IN THE PLANE
- fourth of july on pearl harbor with friends
- my work fam is incredible
- found out I got btz and was completely shocked
- finished all training to be a ptl
- had wonderful birthday/spoiled lots n lots
- mom visited
- had lots of wonderful food and karaoke but I'm too lazy to write everything out
- weekend reading on the beach with margaritas
- sleeping with my honey almost every night in last 6 months
- wearing civis to work everyday for 8 wks
- went to the nicest restaurant I've ever been too, where the entire restaurant continuously turned, and had great steak and wine
- keeping wine/alcohol in my room
- had no roommate for 2 months, live on the better side of base
- living in a beautiful place where the weather is perfect 99% of the time
- I have to go run some errands right now but there are at least a thousand more good things that are worthy of being listed and it is truly wonderful!
