substitution when I'm not home (marked with s): 10 min of cardio (aka literally any sort of movement that gets my heart rate up)

FOUR WEEKS OF 10 MINUTES BOOYAH

Upgrading to 15 minutes from Saturday 29 March 2025

Since some substitution has to come up this first April weekend, I shall henceforth be messing around with 2kg dumbbells for 15 minutes when not at home - maybe I'll make it a regular thing, alternating between bike and dumbbells to train both legs and arms but we'll see (Why 2kg dumbbells you ask? because I have them, duh) (why do I have them you ask? for catching dust, duh)

  • WEEK 8: 7/7 (5s) (substitution heavy cause I'm on vacation WHOOP)

From Saturday 26 April 2025, we're upgrading to 20 minutes! 10 bike, 10 dumbbells? Nobody knows! I'm writing this early in week 8!

Hi, this is the eve of week 9, we're going on the bike for 20 minutes for now, dumbbells whenever but no longer marked as substitution

  • WEEK 9: 7/7
  • WEEK 10: 7/7
  • WEEK 11: 2/7 (it's Monday and I'm sick whoop!)
  • WEEK 12: 7/7 (starting slowly again, like with 10min on Saturday, 15 on Sunday, Monday back to usual 20min business)

This is another four weeks so with week 13 we're probably going onto 25 minutes on the bike :OOO I will regret this won't I

  • WEEK 13: 7/7
  • WEEK 14: 4/7 (it's Wednesday and I fell, exercise bike is out and dumbbells are in! Maybe. Will probably miss a couple of days)
  • WEEK 15: 4/7 (I have missed a week, but we're back (on Tuesday)! Very slowly! Starting from 10min, +5 per day, let's see how it goes, knee is almost well again)
  • WEEK 16: 7/7

YO ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS AND NOW IT'S TIME FOR 30 MINUTES This is how it's gonna go from now on I think, 30 minutes of either bike or dumbbells a day, except on sick days - 30min is a good daily time investment I believe (: not sure if I'll continue updating this little thing cause I've got the routine down now I think, but it's been nice for keeping track these past weeks
