- you will need to email happy elements to resolve the problem! unfortunately, you cannot email them in english, but i can definitely help you recover your account or dias! direct message me and i can help you :-)

◆ i can't get into my game! why is it giving me an error message?

- if the message reads 'ネットワークに接続できません', your phone / device may be having issues connecting to the server or the internet! double-check to make sure mobile data is turned ON for ensemble stars and that your internet is working properly. sometimes the servers have issues (with many people trying to log in at once), so try waiting about 30 minutes and then trying again!

- if the message reads '現在メンテナンスを行っております。　時間等は公式ツイッターアカウントでご確認ください。', the game is undergoing maintenance in preparation for an event! everyone is locked out, so don't stress :-)

◆ i can't put one of my cards in a unit! why?

- check to make sure you don't already have another card of the same character in your unit first!

◆ it won't let me click the event banner / play the event!

- check that you have completed the beginner tasks first (the banner with the orange-haired guy should not be there!)

◆ okay, but what are arashi's REAL pronouns?

- japanese is a context-based language and for the most part does NOT include usage of traditional english pronouns, so arashi is not explicitly referred to as 'he', 'she', or any pronouns in between. while evidence is available to suggest arashi identifies as one gender identity or another, the decision is ultimately yours what pronouns you consider suitable for arashi. i don't have any control over what people do, but i hope that you can be respectful of other people's preferences and not contribute to Arashi Gender Discourse™

- as of yet, there are no plans to release an english localization of ensemble stars.

◆ how did you learn japanese?

- i've been learning japanese for about 5 years now, with classes and independent study (i'm at jlpt 2~3!)! i'm lucky to have background and be able to understand simplified chinese, giving me a boost with grammar + kanji memorization! i think practicing (as cliche as it sounds!!) is really the best way to learn, and translating for me has really helped my comprehension (and reading japanese enstars fanfic, as embarrassing as it is....)
