- go running at least 2 times a week
- do yoga at least 2 times a week
- do some strenghtening exercises at least 1 times a week
- drink plenty of water
- IF in the morning and break fast at around 1.00 pm
- eat a balanced, low sugar diet
- pamper yourself (baths, beauty, massage)
- sleep
- reduce alcohol intake
- quit smoking (for real)
- enjoy yourself
- go on long walks
- laugh more
- love your shape/face etc
