- 1. lead by example, by modelling good behaviours/coping methods. any sysmate is okay here.

- 2. deal with the source stressors instead of them. knowing what's causing it helps, so a peacekeeper might be needed if you don't know already or to just talk it out with them anyway.

- 3. ban/give them time off from fronting, invite them to hang out and have a good time with some internal friends. give them time to heal inworld.

- 4. depending on danger level externally a gatekeeper/mod might need to lock the front, or someone inworld for the sysmate who needs to reform.

- 5. seekers are just the search party to find sysmates if missing. whether they are the one who needs to be reformed or not.

- 6. pairing them up with a protector and negotiator. it's basically a counselling session internally with a bodyguard. protectors are only needed if strength is required to maintain the safety of other sysmates.
