- boiled black beans with queso ranchero
- ₊˚⊹ salt, pepper, lemon, minced garlic, chopped onion ₊˚⊹
- fried sliced trio potatoes (yellow, purple, red) with eggs
- ₊˚⊹ salt, organic italian seasoning, minced garlic, chopped onion ₊˚⊹
- ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ -- good flavors, accidentally undercooked, had to microwave the bigger pieces T_T idk how to cook potatos yet...
- oven baked sweet potato fries, asparagus spears, trio potatos sliced
- ₊˚⊹ salt, black pepper, organic italian seasoning, extra virgin olive oil, parmesan ₊˚⊹
- ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ -- accidentally burned a few little trios, but all mostly came out good. i have apparently been undercooking sweet potatoes, they are supposed to come out first with caramelized ends. my bad. better luck next time! i have prepped my next batch of fries, apparently you can store cut sweet potato in water to maintain it the best. everything tasted AMAZING regardless
- thai spring rolls
- ₊˚⊹ salt, black pepper, organic thai rice noodles, rice paper, cucumber, cilantro (from my herb garden kitchen counter!), jalapeno, soy marinated scallops, carrot, peanut sauce ₊˚⊹
- ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ -- actually INCREDIBLE. the taste was total perfection! what i would improve next time: this was my first time working with rice paper, and so i accidentally did not tighten them enough, or the proportions were off, or if i did it too tight it would rip a little. so i ought to practice more! but it was DELISH and i've wanted to try to make these for over a decade now! i'm SO proud of myself ^^_
- thai noodles w. vegetable stir fry + tofu
- ₊˚⊹ salt, black pepper, organic thai rice noodles, frozen stir fry mix, extra firm tofu ₊˚⊹
- ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ -- roasted the sides of the tofu nicely, and the vegetables came out perfect as well. my only discomfort was from the leftover noodles. they were firm enough to not stick together, but still a little too squishy to really have a satisfying texture. because they were leftovers, i expected them to have absorbed more of the soy marinade, so i wasn't totally shocked, thankfully.
