- Run everyday except for SWIM day.
- Actually swim freestyle on all SWIM days.
- Stick to meal plan.
- Track calories everyday.
- Put in 110% for training.
- Eat until full, then STOP. Don't binge or overeat.
- Don't eat mindlessly; chew properly before swallowing.
- Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
- NO DESSERT MONTH.
