  • Run everyday except for SWIM day.
  • Actually swim freestyle on all SWIM days.
  • Stick to meal plan.
  • Track calories everyday.
  • Put in 110% for training.
  • Eat until full, then STOP. Don't binge or overeat.
  • Don't eat mindlessly; chew properly before swallowing.
  • Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
  • NO DESSERT MONTH.

  • Track calories every day.
  • On Sunday, don't take overindulgence on Saturday night as permission to overindulge as well.

  • Lower body fat %.
    • Stick to allocated macros everyday by following a routine.
    • Lift weights and row during off-season.
    • Don’t bake desserts, unless it’s a special occasion and I’m bringing it to someone’s house.
    • Stick to the same few foods. (This will make it much easier at the grocery store too.)
    • Continue packing lunch and recess to school.
    • Eat lots of vegetables!
  • Become a better runner.
    • Always stretch after a run.
    • If some place is hurting, stretch and ice and (if really need to) go for physiotherapy.
    • Give 100% for all training sessions.
